Marketing Communications Consent

Effective Date: July 28, 2026

PADATOUR INC. (the "Company") obtains consent for marketing communications as described below. This consent is optional, and declining does not restrict your use of the service.

Article 1 (Scope of Communications)

With your consent, we may send:

1. Event and promotion announcements
2. Discount coupons and special offers
3. New services and new tour product launches
4. Important benefit notices related to the service

Article 2 (Channels)

• Text messages (SMS/LMS)
• KakaoTalk channel messages
• Email

SMS and KakaoTalk consents are managed as a single, unified consent.

Article 3 (When Consent Is Collected)

1. Once, as an optional item at sign-up.
2. Optionally on the reservation form for guest bookings.

Article 4 (Withdrawal and Re-consent)

1. You may withdraw or re-grant consent at any time.
2. How to withdraw: My Account → Profile → Marketing opt-in toggle
3. You may also opt out via the unsubscribe instructions in each message.
4. Withdrawal takes effect immediately; messages already queued may still arrive.

Article 5 (Retention Period)

• From the date of consent until membership withdrawal or consent withdrawal.
• After withdrawal, except for records retained as required by applicable law, your information is not used for marketing purposes.
