Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of this Policy is to establish the standards and procedures for cancellations and refunds of Reservations for the Services provided by the Company.
Article 2 (Right of Withdrawal)
Pursuant to Article 17 of the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, Etc., a User may withdraw from a Reservation within 7 days from the date the User receives a written document confirming the Reservation. However, this does not apply where any ground for restricting the right of withdrawal under Article 17(2) of the same Act applies, and the Company will inform the User of such restriction when confirming the Reservation.
Article 3 (Cancellation and Refund Standards)
- If a User cancels due to a simple change of mind, the Company will deduct the cancellation fee and issue a refund based on the following standards, calculated backward from the date of use:
- a. Up to 7 days before the date of use: 100% of the payment amount refunded
- b. From 6 to 4 days before the date of use: 50% of the payment amount refunded
- c. From 3 days before the date of use through the date of use: No refund
- If the Service cannot be provided due to force majeure for which neither the Company nor the User is responsible, including a natural disaster or severe weather, the Company will refund the full payment amount or consult with the User to reschedule the Service.
- If the Service is not provided due to a cause attributable to the Company or the Local Operator, the Company will refund the full payment amount and compensate for damage in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Article 4 (Refund Procedure and Timing)
- In principle, a refund will be processed using the same payment method used by the User.
- The Company will initiate the refund procedure within 3 business days from the date it confirms the reason for cancellation and refund. However, additional time may be required for the refund to be completed depending on the processing schedule of the payment gateway or card issuer.
