Effective Date: July 28, 2026
Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Travel Terms is to establish the conditions for using the travel-related services provided by the Company, including Directly Provided Services and Brokerage Services, as well as the rights and obligations of the Company and Users.
Article 2 (Parties)
For Directly Provided Services, the party to the travel contract is the Company, PADATOUR INC. (주식회사파다투어). As a comprehensive travel business operator, the Company entrusts reservation processing and local operations management in Japan to the Local Operator, 株式会社PADA, and the Local Operator acts as the Company's assistant in performance. For Brokerage Services, the Company is a mail-order intermediary and is not a party to the transaction.
Article 3 (Changes to the Itinerary)
- If an itinerary change is unavoidable due to force majeure, including a natural disaster, severe weather, or local circumstances, any resulting additional costs will be borne by the User, and any resulting cost savings will be returned to the User.
- If an itinerary is changed due to a cause attributable to the Company, the Company will bear the resulting additional costs.
Article 4 (Safety and Liability)
- The Company and the Local Operator will exercise the duty of care necessary to ensure User safety.
- The Company bears contractual liability for accidents occurring in the course of providing Directly Provided Services, and the internal allocation of liability with the Local Operator is governed by the outsourcing agreement.
- The Company's liability may be reduced or excluded for an accident caused by a User's failure to follow the safety rules or legitimate instructions of the Company or the Local Operator.
Article 5 (Insurance and Mutual Aid)
In connection with its comprehensive travel business registration, the Company has enrolled in the Korea Association of Travel Agents' business guarantee (mutual aid) pursuant to the Tourism Promotion Act. The amount of coverage under the mutual aid program (business guarantee) is KRW 50,000,000.
Article 6 (Portrait Rights)
If the Company wishes to use a User's photographs or videos taken during a tour for promotional purposes, it will obtain the User's prior consent on an opt-in basis, and the User may withdraw that consent at any time.
